To create a form, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create the form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Navigate to <strong>Dashboard &gt;<\/strong> <strong>Contact &gt; Add New<\/strong><\/li><li>Enter a title for the form <em>(it won&#8217;t be shown, just for administration purposes)<\/em><\/li><li>Delete the content in the <strong>Form<\/strong> area, and add the following and click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>&lt;div class=\"row\"&gt;\n  &lt;div class=\"col-md-6 mb-3\"&gt;\n    &#91;text* your-name placeholder \"Name\"]\n  &lt;\/div&gt;\n  &lt;div class=\"col-md-6 mb-3\"&gt;\n    &#91;email* your-email placeholder \"Email\"]\n  &lt;\/div&gt;\n&lt;\/div&gt;\n\n&#91;text your-subject placeholder \"Subject\"]\n\n&#91;textarea* your-message placeholder \"Message\"]\n\n&#91;submit \"Submit\"]<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up mail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the same page, click on the <strong>Mail <\/strong>tab<\/li><li>Enter your email address in the&nbsp;<strong>To<\/strong>&nbsp;field <em>(this is where you will receive emails)<\/em><\/li><li>Modify the mail <strong>Subject<\/strong> if you wish<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> and your form is ready to go!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Include the form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To include the form somewhere around your site, you will have to use the shortcode of the form.
